I had been watching James go on amazing Northern Lights adventures for years. I finally joined him on a northern adventure, and he jumped on the opportunity to teach me everything I needed to know. James has become an Aurora chasing expert, and I was quite clueless. I relied on him to make all the arrangements and pick the best possible time to visit based on weather and Aurora strength. He also knew the area in Alaska like the back of his hand, so I trusted him to take us to all the best locations for viewing. He also can help assist you about the best gear and settings to use to capture the lights. We saw the lights all four nights, and I truly had a once in a lifetime experience. I came home with hundreds of photos that I was proud to add to my portfolio. As an adventure companion, James was a pleasure to spend time with and an invaluable educating partner.

Thank you for providing me with such a memorable experience shooting the Aurora Borealis in Alaska. Your ability to predict when the Aurora is active is amazing. We hoped for activity during our 4 day shoot and saw the Aurora all 4 days. I have friends who went on Aurora trips and never saw the Aurora. I asked that we find places to photograph where the Aurora was reflected in water or set against other good backgrounds. Your knowledge of photogenic spots proved invaluable. Thanks for a most enjoyable and productive experience.
